I&rsquo;m a passionate engineering leader who discovered agility\u2019s values in 2008 as a computer science student. I started as a software engineer in 2010 and stepped into leadership roles in 2016, managing engineers and project managers. From the start, I led my way: people-first, results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, I blend engineering expertise, agile methods, and empathetic leadership to help teams thrive.
